Men: I need your advice on the yoga / meditation?
What are good sites where I can learn yoga or a concentrate / meditate? Wherever you go the sites are covered with cloth. Most are owned by women, especially for women who want to lose weight and such. Need a Good method and advice to help me cope better with a bit of severe stress. You know how a man doing this in public and is not normally considered as male (I know it should not matter, but I do) that just need to know how to live a better life and think more positively. So now I read that I need it's only space dedicated to meditation? What if I do not have one? I am not able to have a Zen, I live with 3 other people. Men's Health magazine is everything I know it is for us men, so I'm confused. Do I have to go out and buy some yoga mats or what?
