I wanted the same thing, I think it helps lavender. I also looked through tea in the supermarket and found a Celestial Seasonings "sleep". Do not make me sleep in itself, but is soothing. I do not remember if the exact name, but contains "tilia flower" as a soothing agent. And no caffiene, of course:)
